What’s The Hedgehog Dilemma about?
When I stopped being an alcoholic, left my fiancé and moved back with my mum – but funny.
Strangest thing you’ve ever seen?
I once saw my grandma take the coconuts out of the boot after food shopping, and she started juggling and singing, “I’ve got
a lovely bunch of coconuts”. We’re not a well family.
Who is the funniest person you have ever met and why?
My dad. Sometimes it’s intentional, but sometimes not. He barely speaks English he’s so Australian; he has a Yin & Yang tattoo on his chest and an earring, but is a builder who loves sport. He’s the most paradoxical human being I know.
What was your first gig?
Before my first gig, I was certain I’d kill myself afterwards. I thought nothing I’d ever said was funny. Then I realised that’s what I was supposed to be doing for the rest of my life.
