Fancy yourself as a Stomp The Yard or Step Up extra?
Try one of Pineapple dance studios street hip-hop dance classes, in central London, and you may just have a shot.
At these weekly workouts, instructor Lil J teaches teach various beginner’s dance techniques, such as popping, jazz, contemporary and tap, which you can then practice in your bedroom.
In class there’s an incredible atmosphere as a dozen other novices learn the moves to a sequence then complete the routine from the top at the end of class.
You’ll be busting innovative moves to hip hop and R&B tracks that’ll be sure to attract a circle of clubbers around you on your next night out.
Plus, it’s a fun way to keep fit, as you’ll be doing a steady hour-long cardio workout, stretches and squat moves during each class.
There’s no need to book, just turn up and dance for £6 (plus a £2 daily membership fee).
Street hip-hop lessons take place on Wednesdays between 6pm-7pm.
Other classes available throughout the week include ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary and Latin.
