This weekly class aims to provide you with calm and kind attention to body and mind, by cultivating awareness of subtleties within a yoga practice.

For those looking to begin or explore a mindfulness or meditation practice, interweaving it with movement can help us move away from busy brains to a place of embodiment with more ease. The class content will change from week to week and will include a combination of hatha yoga asanas (both flowing and static), breath attention (pranayama) and mindfulness meditation.

When: Every Friday from 7.30pm - 8.45pm
