The unique collaboration between leading brands Novikov Restaurant & Bar and Blue Marlin (bluemarlinibiza.com) continues into 2016 with a further four unmissable events.

Bringing the White Island experience to the heart of Mayfair, Blue Marlin Ibiza Pop YOU Up showcases a blend of music and contemporary art courtesy of an array of ground-breaking visual artists, performers and DJs.

Behind the decks this month will be special guest DJ Shaun Reeves, an enigmatic pioneer whose trailblazing quest to export his unique brand of cosmic underground house and techno from his Detroit hometown to Europe and beyond has brought him international acclaim. He will be joined by glamorous DJ duo and deep tech house progressive producers So:Serious, the Blue Marlin residents whose high energy performance belies their name, and Symone JBS, the global house vocalist who has collaborated with the likes of Kerri Chandler, Richy Ahmed and Two Rhodes.

The musical line-up is paired with an exhibition of work (graffiti, neon art, stencil and photography) by contemporary artist Benjamin Joseph, a major influencer on the urban art scene who cites his mentors as legendary fashion photographer Patrick Demarchelier and filmmaker and street artist Thierry Guetta. Joseph’s one-off pieces for each event will be on sale, with a contribution going to charity.

The first Blue Marlin Ibiza Pop YOU Up of 2016 takes place on 23rd January. Timings as follows: Exhibition: 7pm; Symone JBS: 8pm; DJs: 9pm; Finish: 3am.
