For one night only, Brick Lane’s fabulous Fika, the Swedish Bar and Kitchen, will allow its customers to take charge (all in the name of charity)!
On Monday, May 26, from 5pm - 10pm, diners at Fika will be invited to pay what they feel their meal was worth, choosing from a special menu of Fika favourites.
Fika is fundraising for local charity Headway East London, which supports survivors of brain injury across 14 London boroughs and the restaurant has made a promise to raise a minimum of £5,000 in 2014. All the money raised from the food will go to the charity.
The menu for the evening, which includes well-loved Fika dishes such as their marvellous meatballs and luscious laxplanka steak, consists of three starters and mains, and two different desserts.
Starters: Gravad lax, herring or grilled goat's cheese
Mains: Meatballs, trio of burgers or laxplanka
Desserts: Kladdkaka - chocolate or peanut butter and caramel
When: Monday, May 26 from 5pm - 10pm
Where: Fika, 161 Brick Ln, London, E1 6SB
Booking is highly recommended to secure your table. Call 0207 613 2013 to avoid disappointment!
