Rocket Leisure bring their mix of live music, cocktails, pizzas and party atmosphere to Shoreditch this June with new bar, Old St. Records. Having won over the masses south of the river with their record store-inspired venues, Venn St. Records and Northcote Records, the vibe continues East side.

Set across two floors, the 300-capacity Old St. Records promises live music six nights a week, with an eclectic programme of soul, funk, jazz and rock to classic pop. Shelves overflow with colourful record sleeves and your favourite bands adorn the walls. The bar will also be collaborating with legendary sister labels Fiction Records and Caroline International to provide East Londoners with a chance to purchase their favourite records with their cocktails.

From labels showcasing their up-and-coming talent to special one-off events featuring renowned DJs, music is the driving force behind the bar. Entry during weeknights is free alongside a happy hour promising 2-4-1 cocktails until 8pm, perfect for those after work drinks.

Friday and Saturday nights welcome the weekend with two live acts a night where a small cover charge applies. Reservations are available if you’re heading down with a big group.

The cocktail list features twist on classics include the signature cocktail, Sour Records - a unique take on a Whiskey Sour that adds pistachio syrup into the mix. For a summerier hit, Late Breakfast blends grapefruit vodka with pink grapefruit juice, house-made marmalade syrup, grapefruit bitters and a little egg white. Other cocktails on the menu include the Peach Negroni and a Smoked Pineapple Punch.

Authentic Italian thin-crust pizza is served up with a variety of fresh toppings and dips to soak up those drinks and energise you for the night ahead on the dance- floor. Bring a #CheapDate between Monday to Wednesday for any two pizzas and cocktails for £15.

The opening will launch with regular Thursday party, P45 featuring live music on the ground floor from the London Ska Orchestra, Old Dirty Brasstards in the basement with DJs playing across both floors until 2am.

50% off Monday to Thursday, 5pm to 9pm.

Old St. Records, 350-354 Old Street, London EC1V 9NQ, Monday - Wednesday: 5pm - 1am (FREE ENTRY), Thursday - Saturday: 5pm - 2am (a small cover charge may apply on weekend nights after 9pm), Sunday – Closed.
