Whitworths Shots is launching the first ever workout that improves your willpower rather than your physical fitness, to help Brits stay on track with healthy eating goals in 2016.
What?
Whitworths has created a one-of a-kind workout, in association with its low- calorie Shots snack. The Willpower Workout classes are launching in London this month, and guests can enjoy a one-hour session hosted by experts in sleep, nutrition, fitness and hypnotherapy – including fitsagrammer Lilly Sabri.
While Shots provide guilt-free, delicious, fruit, nut and seed snacks under 100 calories, Whitworths know that it's not always that easy to stay away from tempting, unhealthy treats. The Willpower Workout will help attendees to stay on track to have a healthy and happy 2016 by teaching them different steps to maintain healthy eating momentum.
During the Willpower Workout classes, a range of experts will demonstrate how hypnotherapy, mindfulness, nutrition and even sleep can boost willpower.
Why?
The Willpower Workout launch comes after research conducted by Whitworths revealing that the UK public would spend on average of £452 per person – if it meant they could drop a stone in weight instantly. It also found that 85% of us admit our willpower will wobble during January, with more than a fifth (22%) of us saying we'll give up by the end of Jan.
When?
Friday 22nd January
1hr classes running from 8am – 6pm
Where?
The Fitness Mosaic, 81-84 Chalk Farm Rd, London, NW1 8AR
How to sign up to a session:
Members of the public looking to boost their willpower can register their interest by emailing their name, contact telephone number, email and postal address to willpowerworkout@frankpr.it with the subject 'Whitworths Willpower Workout request'.
