Australian pop icon Tina Arena has announced her one night only – presented by Qantas show is coming to the O2 Forum ( Kentish Town) London on 26 January 2016. In support of her latest album Eleven, it follows dates currently scheduled in Dubai and Beirut in January and precedes her Australian tour in February and March.

Rarely accessible in the UK, in 2014 Tina played her first London gig in 10 years at St Johns in Hackney to rave reviews.

Tina Arena was a child star in Australia, on TV screens from the age of 7 in the hit TV series Young Talent Time. As an adult, Tina released the referential album Don’t Ask which sold millions of copies worldwide, achieving Silver status in the UK and spawned the cult single Chains, (which was back in the iTunes charts in the UK this year after being performed on The X-Factor).

Tina’s era defying career also includes two best-selling French-language albums, two much-loved volumes of Songs of Love & Loss, which were #1 on the UK iTunes vocal album chart last year, and the 2013 release of the platinum-selling Reset – her first album of new material in over 12 years.

Tina’s career boasts an incredible playbook of anthemic hits - I Need Your Body, Chains, Heaven Help My Heart, Sorrento Moon, Burn, Now I Can Dance, Symphony Of Life, Wasn’t It Good, Only Lonely and I Want To Love You – establishing Tina Arena as Australia’s premier songstress and in 2014 she was voted “the greatest Australian female singer of all time” by her Australian musical peers.

Recorded across five cities (Sydney, Melbourne, London, Paris and Stockholm), Eleven is a beautiful, complex, state of the art collection of emotive, electronica-based songs. While there are allusions to numerous musical styles throughout – gospel, jazz, experimental, disco, EDM, as well as some of the most pure pop Tina has produced in decades – there is an etherealness and elusiveness to this modern era of Tina Arena recordings that defies definition. Tina premiered Overload, the lead single from Eleven, on Graham Norton in August and it was instantly added to Radio 2.

Arena is also known for her stints on London’s West End and for her versatility, collaborating with the likes of Donna Summer and Tiesto.

Don’t miss your chance to see Tina Arena shine for ONE NIGHT ONLY, Presented by Qantas Live at the O2 Forum (Kentish Town) Jan 26 2016.
