New Orleans has its own spirit, reflected in its food, drink and joie de vivre and this inaugural two-week pop-up will be capturing this Louisiana vibe.

The Jam Tree’s executive chef James Browne has travelled and soaked up New Orleans’ attitude and flavours, and will be bringing this to Creole dishes such as blackened hanger steak.

Cocktails such as the Hurricane and Sauzerac will quench your palette in the way you’d expect from the birthplace of Southern Comfort, with live jazz and funk rounding off the Atlantic-traversing experience.
