This year’s Prudential BluesFest will present one of London’s biggest’s free music festivals when it takes over The O2 on 7 and 8 November.

Running concurrently with its ticketed evening shows will be a series of free daytime performances, showcasing some of the most exciting names from the worlds of blues, soul and R&B.

Having already announced evening shows from the likes of Van Morrison and Tom Jones, Dave Matthews Band, Matt Schofield, Jo Harman and Tedeschi Trucks Band, the festival has confirmed that more than 30 free daytime gigs will take place in various venues and spaces throughout The O2 across the weekend.

Artists lined up to perform during the daytime include Georgie Fame, Marcus Bonfanti, Bernie Marsden, Chris Farlowe, Dr Feelgood, Jeremy Sassoon’s Ray Charles Project, Big Boy Bloater, The Bluejays, The Excitements, Ian Siegal Band, Laurence Jones, The Boom Band and many more.
