While long established within the Australasian community, the competition attracts a wide range of players from around the world. We provide a well-organised, affordable, and fun competition for the hundreds of travelling antipodeans in West London and even further a field.
Touch Rugby Information
Each team in our competition comprises of 7 players on the field and up to 5 reserves. Players can be changed throughout the season at any time and as frequently as you wish, however you may only have 12 players per night.
The Touch Rugby competition consists of two different modules , played on Wednesday [Mixed] & Thursday [Mixed & Mens] Evenings. Games are played between 6.30pm - 9.00pm each night. Games are 30 minutes in duration (15 mins each way). Times are rotated weekly so every team should expect to have game start times ranging from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. There are occasions where due to bank holidays or weather conditions, your night may be changed/postponed to a Friday night or Sunday afternoon - these games will be clearly noted in each draw. The competition has a break at the beginning of July during the Pamplona Festival. This also will be clearly marked on the draw.
The London Touch Rugby and Netball competition is held at Old Actonians Sports Ground which is location in Gunnersbury Drive, Acton.
The grounds are a short 5 min walk from Acton Town Underground Station and are conveniently located just off the North Circular Road (A406).
