Red Dog Saloon are heating things up this Thanksgiving with a BBQ turkey! Served alongside sweet potatoes with marshmallows and cranberry sauce, this is one celebration not to be missed. Red Dog Saloon has been a pioneer in introducing authentic American BBQ techniques by introducing the ‘slow and low’ cooking method to the UK. This means that the highest quality cuts of meat are slow roasted over aromatic hickory wood in Red Dog Saloon’s award-winning smokers, which have been specially imported from the US for the task at hand. The meat is smoked for up to 16 hours, giving ample time for that unmistakable rich, smoky and juicy flavour to develop. Red Dog Saloon’s third site opens in Soho on the 19 November
