Sharing a house/flat

Whether you live with friends or (hopefully) like-minded strangers, budget for about £150 a week for your rent and bills.

Rent alone will probably be between £90-£110 a week for rent and you should check what bills (if any) are included. You'll usually have to pay at least one month's rent as a security deposit and your first month's rent upfront.

Two fun girls looking to start houseshare
Hi! We are 2 early-30s fun, easygoing, and professional gals (NZ & USA) looking to downsize to a 3 bed flat. We are looking to add a like-minded guy to the mix. We are both very active, but also like hanging out at home for dinner, a glass of wine, and a chat. We are looking for someone who is looking for a home, and not just a place to lay their head. We currently live in Hammersmith and would prefer to stay in the area. We are in the process of househunting to find the perfect place...however feel it would be easier if we had that 3rd person to come along! We are looking for a furnished, 3 bed flat/house, in the price range of £350-£400 per week (for the whole flat, not the room)... If you are interested, drop a note and maybe we can see if we might be the perfect fit! Cheers

Hi, About the budgeted 150 pounds per week...is that just per one person? Or would that be for two people as well? I am looking at places to live when I move over with my partner and want to know how much to budget with two incomes? Any feedback would be great. And would that be the same for renting flats not flatshare> Thanks
I HAVE GOT SEVERAL ROOMS IN LONDON CONTACT ME 07735312978 THANKS.
