This is the only literary festival in the UK purely dedicated to sports books, and celebrating the best in sports writing, and features sports writers and personalities from across the world for four days of interview, panel discussions and book signings.

It’s a great opportunity to get to meet some of your sporting heroes, ask questions, and buy a personally-signed book.   

Grand Prix Circuits – Then and now, Friday 13 November 5-6pm

A chance to meet Mark Webber, modern F1 legend, and author of Aussie Grit: My Fomula One Journey in an event chaired by The Guardian’s Richard Williams. Joining Mark and Richard on the stage will be Maurice Hamilton, award winning journalist and author of the recently published Grand Prix Circuits. In this exciting event, Webber and Hamilton will talk to Richard Williams about Formula One’s most intriguing battles and circuits, and why the sport is loved by millions of fans around the world.

Rugby World Cup - The Inquest, Saturday 14 November 5-6pm

 Don’t miss the chance to hear from rugby legends, Michael Lynagh, and England’s Ben Cohen, as they look back at the Rugby World Cup and the success of the Southern Hemisphere teams, and discuss what it takes to become a World Cup winner.

Other speakers at the Festival include cricket’s Stuart Broad, Mike Atherton and Phil Tufnell; the maverick cyclist, David Millar; Robbie Savage and Darren Fletcher; and Guillem Balague on Ronaldo.
