One of London's favourite nightclubs Fabric is to close over police concerns with drugs.

Six people have died on the premises from suspected drug overdoses, since 2011.

The police applied for the licence to be reviewed last month and the club was temporarily closed.

On Tuesday night representatives of Fabric made their case for Fabric to remain open.

The clubs licence has been revoked.
