A woman filmed having a drunken racist rant on the tube acting aggressively to other passengers after drinking 'unknown' quantities of champagne, is facing time in prison.

Jacqueline Woodhouse, a London secretary who from Romford, Essex was returning home after attending a colleague's retirement party.

Woodhouse, 42, has pleaded guilty to one count of causing racially aggravated 'harassment, alarm or distress' since the language she was suing has been deemed 'threatening, abusive or insulting' by the court.

"I'd like to know if any of you are f***ing  illegal, I'm sure 30 per cent of you are. It's taking the f***ing p***." she says in the notorious video.

"I shall punch you in the f***ing face. Ninety per cent of you are f***ing illegal. I wouldn't mind if you loved our country." Woodhouse continues.

The men sitting either side of Woodhouse on the tube train appeared to be taking the rant as drunken ramblings and smile incredulously.

The video was filmed by passenger Galbant Juttla, uploaded then shared and viewed by thousands on YouTube, hoping that it would help to identify and shame her.

Woodhouse handed herself in at Mile End police station after the video gained notoriety in the media. She has now been banned from using the London Underground network and is electronically tagged to stop her from leaving her home between 10pm and 6am until the sentencing on May 29.
