Baz Luhrmann’s The Great Gatsby has got a new trailer, revealing more scenes from the movie as well as the famed filmmaker’s musical picks.

Luhrmann’s take on F Scott Fitzgerald’s literary classic was due for release last December but was postponed so the celebrated filmmaker could tinker and perfect, and this new trailer reveals more about the film’s story, as well as some of the music the film will have.

Luhrmann, as seen in Romeo + Juliet and Moulin Rouge, favours taking contemporary music for his movies, and Gatsby is no different.

Jay-Z has overseen the score, which will feature Beyonce, Andre 3000, Lan Del Ray and Florence + The Machine.

The Great Gatsby stars Leonardo Di Caprio, Carey Mulligan, Tobey Maguire and Joel Edgerton and is due for release May 16 by Warner Bros.
