A skateboarder works up some serious speed on flying down a hill in Cape Town - and manages to set off a speed camera in the process.

In the video, entitled 'Spoofing the Cam', daredevil Decio taking a ride in the middle of a busy road building up speed until he hits the camera mounted at the side of the road, around 1 minute into the video.


After setting off the speed camera, Decio starts to get a little cocky... 

Filmed in Kloof Nek in Cape Town, South Africa, the speed camera is apparently infamous for catching out drivers who pick up speed on the way down the long steep hill, set to record speeds that exceed 60km/h. 

It's possibly the first time a man rolling on a piece of plywood has been busted with a cam flash, though.
