When a Canadian couple indulging in some role-play sex decided to get the handcuffs out, they were probably too excited to think carefully about the consequences of putting the keys anywhere but the lock.
The couple in question, Jason and Michelle, were featured in TLC's 'Sex Sent Me To The ER' after the keys became tangled in Michelle's IUD.
They had been pretending to be a princess and a fire-breathing dragon when Jason took things a bit too far and decided to place the keys in Michelle's private parts for safekeeping.
At first, the couple were unwilling to reveal the cause of Michelle's discomfort, but then she snapped - and told the physician treating her about her fantasy folly.
As reported in the Huffington Post, Dr Michelle Pearl warned of the dangers of shoving anything odd 'up there'.
"I'd obviously never recommend anyone do anything like this, even if your judgment is impaired in the moment of passion," she said.
