A New York police officer planned to cook the ladies over a low heat and eat them, among other gruesome plots.

The FBI found a series of instant message conversations between 28-year-old Gilberto Valle III and two unnamed co-conspirators, along with information about potential victims stored on Valle's computer, reports Gawker.com.

There was even a file called: "Abducting and Cooking [The Victim]: A Blueprint."

One chilling excerpt from Valle’s IM exchanges, after bing asked how big his oven is, says: “Big enough to fit one of these girls if I fold their legs ... The abduction will have to be flawless ... I know all of them…”

He goes on to say: “I was thinking of tying her body onto some kind of apparatus .. cook her over a low heat, keep her alive as long as possible.”

And about one victim in particular: “She does look tasty, doesn’t she?’
