El Colacho celebrates the feast of Corpus Christi by lining up babies on mattresses while grown men dress up in yellow jumpsuits and jump over them. Barmy, eh?
The festival takes place in Castrillo de Murscia and has been running for almost four centuries. The tradition is supposed to cleanse the babies’ souls of original sin.
