Police are unsure why 15-year-old Harry Harling was on the eleventh floor balcony of a building overlooking a construction site, but his death is not being treated as suspicious.

Harry had been drinking at a party with friends in the early hours of Saturday morning. He posted a string of tweets in the hours before his death, the last of which read: “F*** the system.”

He had been living as an expat in the UAE for nine years with his family. They had moved there from Woking, Surrey.

Friends rushed to leave tributes on Facebook when the news of Harry’s death emerged.

One wrote: “I should of never left you alone on Friday. I should of stayed with you till you got a taxi”, while another posted: “Everyone is thinking of ways they could have changed the outcome but it’s not fair for you to blame yourself.”
