Taking place at Windrush Square in Brixton, the event will bring Caribbean culture to life through live cookery demonstrations, authentic street food and market, and live music to complete the vibe. As part of this, visitors will learn how to make Encona’s authentic Jamaican Jerk Popcorn Recipe from scratch while top chefs will also be sharing their top tips for cooking traditional cuisine.
For those who are keen to take the taste of the Caribbean home, limited edition money off vouchers will also be available so visitors can stock up on their favourite Encona and Grace Foods products after Caribbean Food Week.
