April may be known for its showers but this year we can guarantee there’s at least one day it’s going to be raining cats and dogs…. well maybe more dogs than cats.
On 9 April 2016, London’s pampered pooches and their two legged friends will pack to The Hand in Hand for The Great Wimbledon Dog Walk, Walking for Paws, in aid of the Blue Cross Pet Charity.
All participants can choose from a scenic 2.4 or 4.4 mile walk through the beautiful Wimbledon Common, with registratio beginning at 10am including an inspirational pup (sorry!) talk from the Blue Cross. The Great Wimbledon Dog walk then starts at 11am and concludes back at The Hand with special goody bags and refreshments for all.
Registration costs £15 per entrant and anyone interested in registering should contact Christine at handinhand@youngs.co.uk for your welcome pack and sponsor forms. Early registration is advised to reserve your spot.
