Hollywood actress Anne Hathaway has announced she'd love to play Kate Middleton in a movie on the princess's life.

"She's great," the actress said at the premiere of her latest movie, One Day. "It's such a fairytale."

However there's two problems: 1) Hathaway's English accent wasn't the strongest part of her performance in One Day, and 2) Kate Middleton doesn't ever really do anything exciting- so a movie about her life might actually be quite boring.

The The Devil Wears Prada actress recently admitted that she was a big fan of Middleton's fashion style.

"Can I tell you how grateful I am to Kate Middleton?

Because she is such an advocate for dressing like a lady," she told USA

Today.

She also said she enjoyed watching the royal wedding.

"The moment for me was when Kate let go of her father's

hand and she walked the last few feet to William. I was hanging out

with my friend Chris, in London, and I didn't mean to say it out loud,

but I just went, 'Oh, you're a brave girl.'

She told Interview magazine: "I looked at him, and all of a sudden, I'm like, 'Marriage is such a brave thing'.

"I

was texting with my mom the whole time, and she says, "Gee, it's such a

fairy tale," and I thought that marrying your best friend is really the

new fairy tale, even if he happens to be a prince."

Hathaway will play Catwoman in the next Batman movie, directed by Christopher Nolan.
