Captain Stephen Moore, prop Greg Holmes, and flankers Michael Hooper and Scott Fardy were all prominent in the 33-13 win over England that safeguarded their World Cup quarter final place.
And all four have accepted requests to appear for the world famous club side at Kingsholm on November 17 before taking on the Pumas at Twickenham Stadium on November 21.
Cheika has made a dramatic influence over the Wallabies since leading them for the first time in a 40-36 win against the Barbarians at Twickenham last November.
Vice-captain Hooper, who misses the game against Wales due to a one game suspension, is impressed with how quickly the Wallabies forward play has developed with the positive impact of the Cheika.
“The 10 month turnaround has been incredible. It’s really pleasing they’ve been getting some pay for the hard work they’ve been doing and now they’ve set a benchmark,” said Hooper.
“It’s going to be nice to sit back after this is done and evaluate that and enjoy what he (Cheika) has done so far with us. Right now he’s just making us live in the moment, live day to day and just improve as a group.”
