Willoughby’s low neck line showed a little more than some viewers deemed appropriate for a pre-watershed show that would be watched by many minors.
Responding to the complaints from 139 Voice viewers the BBC reported by The Sun as saying they’re “sorry if some viewers found Holly’s dress to be unsuitable,” and that they thought that her dress was “glamorous” and “wholly appropriate for the occasion”.
Holly’s This Morning colleague Philip Schofield jumped to her defence though, Tweeting: “139 complaints over Holly’s gorgeous Voice dress. Let’s hope those outraged on behalf of their kids don’t take them to the beach this summer.”
