Established in 2006 by the Mayor of London, Big Dance is a biennial dance in which people of all ages and abilities come together to perform moves by some of the world’s top choreographers.
This year’s Big Dance in London has been choreographed by Sydney Dance Company artistic director Rafael Bonachela and it was he who persuaded them to stage a simultaneous event on the northern boardwalk of the Sydney Opera House.
