French burger specialists, Big Fernand, are donning their party chapeaux to celebrate their first birthday for which they have created a special burger: take a bow Le Balthazar.
Billed as their Frenchest burger yet, Le Balthazar is an uber-Gallic combination of freshly-minced Charolais beef, camembert fermier, pork belly, calvados and apple compote, cocktail sauce and chives. Now that’s a significant upgrade on a soggy slice of birthday cake…
Even better, dBig Fernand will be giving away 100 burgers for FREE from 12 noon on Wednesday 23 March. The burgers will be handed out on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first 100 customers wanting to wish the brand a Bon Anniversaire.
