The festivities will include deep south cocktails, a full-on all day Louisiana brunch menu with delicious home-made sausages, and toe tapppin’ live music floating through the airways from Brixton bluesman and three-time UK harmonica champion Errol Linton alongside long time accomplice and guitar virtuoso Adam Blake.

Purveyors of all things Louisiana – from soul food to jumpin’ live music – Slap Ya Papa is bringing their red-lit New Orleans inspired world to the Victorian railway arches at The Vaults this September with a two week festival of events to launch The Vaults Kitchen, a brand new restaurant space at London Waterloo’s subterranean hub of arts and culture.

“Eggs, Bacon, Grits, “SAUSAGE”, a recent Internet craze and wildly popular and outrageous song taking youtube by storm will be bellowed throughout the raucous NOLA brunch, with guests encouraged to participate and make their own rhymes.

Accompanying the brunch is a New Orleans creative twist on the Bloody Mary, Slap Ya Papa’s BLOODY DERBY using Four Roses Bourbon, sure to satisfy guests’ Crescent City taste buds.
