Bush, who won a Brit award thirty three years ago, is nominated in the Best British Female Solo Artist category, with former Noah and the Whale turned solo star Laura Marling rounding out the hotly contested group.

Bush released two albums this year, Director’s Cut (a remix of earlier songs) and new album 50 Words for Snow.

Lana Del Ray is up for the International Newcomer Award, with ginger-acoustic maestro Ed Sheeran up for Best Single (The A Team), Best Album (+), Best Male and Best Breakthrough.

The ceremony, which is to be held at the O2 on February 21, will also feature performances from Adele, Bruno Mars, Coldplay, Sheeran, Florence, as well as Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds and Blur.
