Apart from Boks Bakkies Botha (picture) and Okona Ndungane, all the Vodacom Blue Bulls’ stars will be available for Saturday’s Absa Currie Cup rugby semi-final against the Vodacom Cheetahs at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria.
This was confirmed by Blue Bulls coach Frans Ludeke, who said Ndungane, who is struggling with a groin injury, will in all probability be ready to play in the final, should the Bulls go through, while Botha will not play any Currie Cup rugby this year.
Pedrie Wannenburg suffered an ankle injury against the Valke at Loftus on Friday, but team doctor Org Strauss, said they will have more clarity on the extent of the injury later Monday.
Tickets for the semi-final will be available from today. All season tickets (blue tickets) are valid for the semi-final but the season tickets of the school coaches and scholars (red tickets) are not.
Loftus’ ticket office will be open from 8am – 4pm0 and the prices are: R200 – main pavilion; R150 – east pavilion; R100 – north and south (behind the poles).
The match will kick off at 5pm (6pm UK time).
