Walking past this small government office in Baracoa, Cuba, I noticed an office employee flipping through a magazine. Baracoa is a very laid back town and I thought this scene captured its spirit quite well. I particularly liked the detail in the back of the room including propaganda posters and an old type writer on the left hand side.
