Charlie Sheen’s battle with his estranged wife Brooke Mueller over their twin boys will feature in Paris Hilton’s new reality show, the Hollywood heiress said.
On Tuesday, Mueller filed a restraining order against Sheen, claiming he had verbally threatened her and made anti-Semitic comments. She then sent police to take custody of the twin boys – 23-month-old Bob and Max – from Sheen.
To make sure his fans missed nothing, Sheen had the whole thing captured on camera by RadarOnline.com. He then Tweeted: “My sons are fine… My path is now clear… Defeat is not an option..!”

What Slash said to Charlie Sheen
Mueller has not spoken to the press during the Charlie Sheen frenzy that has been hogging the headlines.
Sheen’s ex is allegedly in rehab, meaning that she will not be able to take care of the twins full time.
However, according to Paris Hilton, her mate Mueller’s side of the story will be told on a new reality show Hilton is filming.
Hilton told Ellen DeGeneres: “Let’s just say there’s a lot of drama in the show… It’s really good. There’s a lot that happens.”
However, it appears that the Sheen-Mueller custody battle may not go as far as court.
Sheen said on his Twitter page: “not sure what all the legal noise is about … just verbally reached a deal with B. no court mon. yay.”
He added: “Yet the opposition felt it necessary to still harass me with old gibberish …. odd? perhaps. transparent? you betcha’!”
According to People magazine, Mueller and Sheen have been in contact.
“Brooke is thinking over Charlie’s offer and has not decided if she will take it. Brooke is very fragile right now.”
We’re sure Sheen will keep us posted either way…
