Cheryl Cole will show the world she is healthy and happy despite recent setbacks, when she meets fans today at a lunchtime signing of her new book at Waterstone’s Piccadilly.
The singer recently contracted malaria during a holiday in Tanzania and was still recovering this month when her divorce from Chelsea footballer Ashley Cole was finalised.
However, with a new autobiography called Through My Eyes to flog and her much anticipated return to the X Factor this weekend, Cole says she’s never felt better.
“I’m so excited,” Cole, 27, told the Evening Standard, at her first working engagement for three months last night where she launched her new Promise Ring range. “It’s been a bit stop-start so far and now I’m looking forward to getting on with it.”
