The scene: This small, quirkily revamped venue adds a touch of destination value
to Putney’s high street. It’s warehouse meets ’50s diner (and a few stuffed animals) with a mixed crowd of after-work crew and young hipsters.

The grub: Curb the post-drink munchies with a pizza from the venue’s stone oven.

Behind the bar: Some of the yummiest cocktails we’ve had in London and choosing from the long list is no easy task. Votes went to Pink
Tank (gin, Lemoncello and elderflower liqueur). There’s also beer and wine available for those less adventurous.

Service: The barmen are slick and wait staff friendly.

Bill please: Cocktails are about £7, but the bar has happy-hour specials throughout the week.

Verdict: Friday night is best, Thursday saw us competing to be heard over the live music.
