Would you usually opt for partying over exercise? If so, Ministry of Sound has a solution that’ll get you into your clubwear and down to the infamous venue for a calorie-torching fitness session quicker than you can say ‘glowstick’.

On Wednesday, March 21, Ministry is launching a Zumba nightclub fitness party, with celebrity instructor Tanya Beardsley. You’ll work out on the dancefloor of
the legendary Box room, while music blasts out of the club’s cutting-edge sound system.

You could be fooled into thinking you’re out clubbing on a Friday night as Ministry is also laying on electric lighting and special effects. You’ll blast fat, tone muscles and improve your fitness with moves from the Latin-inspired all-over- body workout craze. Then, once you’ve finished your workout, which pledges to make you burn up to 1000 calories, you can hit the class’s afterparty at the bar.

Now this sounds like something the gym-shy are bound to get on board with – and they’ll be pleased to know that classes will be held every month. Keep checking the Ministry of Sound website for dates. Sessions cost £12.
