In the lead up to the 52nd Jamaican Independence Day, four of London’s hottest (excuse the pun!) jerk vendors will battle it out in an epic, all-day chicken Jerk Off on their rooftop.
Those taking part include Brixton Village’s Fish, Wings & Tings, White Men Can’t Jerk, Mama’s Jerk Station and Notting Hill’s Boom Burger. Just one of them, chosen by our guests on the day, will be crowned the Jerk Off champion 2014!
Can you handle the heat? Prep your taste buds for jerk chicken of the highest order that will blow your brains out. Caribbean, African and London flavours will all be represented, as each ‘jerker’ brings their unique seasoning, rubs, marinades and cooking styles to the rooftop to wow the crowds. We’re salivating already.
