While the fixture/s list is yet to be unveiled it is thought that an exhibition match against an A-League all-star side led by Sydney FC Marquee player Alessandro Piero in front of 82,000 people at ANZ Stadium will be a definite.
It has been 14 years since the Red Devils last visited Australian shores, when their list of players included Phil Neville (now of Everton), Dwight Yorke (who went on to play in the inaugural A-League season) and Australia’s very own goal-keeper/coke fiend Mark Bosnich.
