A 23-year old male cyclist was hit by a car on Harrow road, in North Kensington around 1pm yesterday afternoon. The car, which is described as silver, did not stop though.
“Officers are appealing for anyone with any information about the car or its driver to contact them,” a Scotland Yard spokesman said.
“They believe the car would have sustained extensive damage to its windscreen and damage to its nearside wheels.”
