Join the Cap’n of the ship for a night of cocktail mixing (you’ll learn to mix your own. The long list of awards he won means you’ll be a pro before long) and tuck in to some incredible food to match the cocktails.
You’ll be drinking Snap Dragon cocktails, and dining on beetroot-cured salmon, lamb shank and smoked potato and Icelandic Biddy’s cheesecake. Phwoooar.
