Shell-shocked bagel lovers were horrified to find a repossession notice on the front door, which has been posted by ‘The Sheriffs Office’ (no Robin Hood jokes, please).
Despite the sinister-looking note on the door, the shop’s owners have been quick to reassure their clientele that this is only a temporary glitch – and they’ll be open again very soon.
Taking to Twitter, they wrote: ‘Hi Beigel Shop fans, don’t worry, we’re not going anywhere.Closed temporarily, we’ll be bk before you know it,’ from their @BrickLneBeigelS account.
