The budget airline, who recently announced the launch of its new route to Amman, has offered cage fighter Alex Reid – who has recently split from Katie Price, aka Jordan, two return tickets to help him appreciate a totally different Jordan and leave his marital woes behind.
Paul Simmons, easyJet’s UK general manager, said: “Alex shouldn’t be downhearted as our new route will give him the opportunity to visit Jordan as many times as he likes – without blowing his divorce settlement.
”The actual Jordan is steeped in culture, has a rich history and a diverse range of attractions, including the ancient city of Petra. It’s a great escape for anyone, especially for those looking for something completely different.”
EasyJet will be flying to Amman, the capital of Jordan and one of the oldest continually inhabited cities in the world, three times a week from London Gatwick from 27 March 2011. Tickets are on sale now and fares start from £73 (one way including taxes).
