Enjoy a day at the beach in the heart of London

London’s largest urban beach is back this year with over 200 tonnes of sand! It’s beneath the Emirates cable car on the embankment of Royal Victoria Dock.

You can enjoy the free family-friendly activities or simply relax in a deckchair and feel the sand under your toes. Please note, swimming in the water is strictly prohibited at all times. So it’s not exactly like the beach – but it’s pretty darn close.

When: July 14 – August 31
