One train was left stationary for several hours yesterday and another service took eight hours to complete the, normally, two hour 15 minute journey from London to Paris.
Services had to be moved from their high-speed lines in France causing severe disruption.
Eurostar hoped to be running a regular service this morning, however four trains were cancelled shortly after the first Paris-bound service left St Pancreas this morning.
Passengers on yesterday’s effected trainshave complained that they were left in the dark for several hours and resorted to the internet to find out why their services were being delayed.
