Holly Easterbrook and Rich Keam will be going up against a BBC reporter from Afghanistan, travel photographer from Brazil and adventure tour guide from Canada  among others to win one of the highly coveted positions advertised by Tourism Australia.

These include ‘chief funster’ who will attend VIP parties and events in NSW and an ‘Outback adventurer’ in the Northern Territory.

Tourism Australia managing director Andrew McEvoy said the Best Jobs campaign had got fantastic publicity for the country.

“One girl ran through the Champs Elysees in Paris wearing a bikini and a koala head and it made the news,” he said.”An Indian candidate also got a lot of Indian Premier League cricketers to support her as well as people like Ricky Ponting and Michael Hussey.”
