The class will be hosted by Andina and Ceviche’s bar manager and Young British Foodies finalist Miguel Arbe, who will show guests how to make the classic Pisco Sour in the restaurant’s basement bar.

The Pisco Sour is Peru’s national cocktail and was invented in the 1920’s by Victor V. Morris, an American who opened a bar in the country’s Capital, Lima.
