The day, which was set up in 2010 by organiser James Doe, gives the chance for the non league football leagues up and down the UK a chance to showcase the fantastic delights of grass roots football, when there is an international break in the season.

With great support coming from anti-discrimination organisation Kick It Out for the sixth year running, this season 4 teams in non-league day; Altrincham, Metropolitan Police, Slimbridge and Solihull Moors will support the actions of the foundation with their home fixtures.

With the added addition of the FA Trophy beginning with the preliminary round, and no Premier League, Championship or Home Nations featuring in international matches, non-league day gives you the opportunity to see hard working clubs, who might not make any financial gain in a season, enjoy what they do!
