An American man has been jailed for selling drugs on a gay cruise after 142 ecstasy pills were found in his cabin.
Steven Krumholz, 51, was sentenced to 21 months in jail for dealing drugs on the Allure of the Seas.
US District Judge Curtis Gomez said that the Californian had used his cabin “as if it was an apothecary for controlled substances.”
Along with the ecstasy stash, methamphetamine, ketamine, and about $51,000 (£31,000) in cash was uncovered in Krumholz’s cabin.
The 16-deck Allure of the Seas is the largest passenger ship ever built, and was hosting what had been billed as the world’s largest gay cruise.
