The Hague is quite easy to get around, thanks to its excellent public transport system. Tram and bus services run efficiently throughout the city and to nearby towns. Hiring bikes is also a great way to explore and, as can be expected in the Netherlands, the roads are very bike-friendly.

Holland is well connected by good railway links, making it easy to get from city to city.

A Stena Line ferry service runs between Harwich in the UK to Hoek van Holland, where you can then get a train to The Hague.
